As a Donut Palace operator, you are a licensee, not a franchisee. As such, you do not pay a franchise percentage or even an upfront licensing fee. You simply agree to use products from a preferred distributer in exchange for the right to use the Donut Palace brand name and trademark.

The very first Donut Palace opened it’s doors in August, 1979 in Plano Texas.
From the beginning, your Donut Palace agreement lets you put your money directly into tangibles that will ensure your store’s success — equipment, inventory, signage, décor and marketing. Your investment stays in your store. And so do the profits.

The Donut Palace and Equipment Co. is a privately held company with over 450 retail locations in 15 different states.

The Donut Palace is a registered trademark and can only be used by contacting the Donut Palace and Equipment Co.
